Our client is a fast-growing company operating in the field of clean energy use and energy management providing ancillary energy and battery storage services. They work in the UK and globally deploying intelligent energy solutions. They are actually looking for an International Project Engineer to support their growing project.
The ideal candidate should have experience in power industry, electrical engineering and on-site project management with a particular focus on the on-site installation of electrical systems. The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with deep understanding of electrical schematics and systems. Apart from team management and leadership skills, a will to travel internationally is required.

Responsibilities

• Work as technical expert in the international team for electrical engineering and LV/HV equipment
• Provide technical solutions allowing customer sites to participate in Demand Response
• Project management of the on-site installation
• Project management of demand response schemes and batteries closely cooperating with local electricians
• Manage contractors and HSE on customer sites
• Client relationship management
• Guide and manage the team of junior engineers and technicians in the following areas:

o Energy consuming facility systems
o Engineering evaluations
o Energy efficiency analysis
o Testing systems and writing reports

• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide, when required, support to sales and BD teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in power industry, electrical engineering and on-site project management
• Knowledge the on-site installation of electrical systems
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and systems (HV/LV switchgear, generators, HVAC systems)
• Natural leadership with strong team management, listening and communication skills
• Confident in work independently or as a part of a team
• Previous experience in on-site project management
• Available to travel internationally
